    Hi I think your asking about the actual shoe cleat-the yellow and black is the SM-SH11. This narrower and is a self aligning.
    The SM-sm10 is red and black, it is wider than the yellow and is fixed.

    I upgraded from some cheap BBB pedals to the shimano Ultegra pedals with the same look at these Dura-ace ones and immediately noticed a difference in my climbing, sprinting and any other “big power” efforts.
